Neoguri a Dangerous Typhoon With Japan a Likely Target
Typhoon Neoguri is going north. It is generated July 4 and more and more grow strong into this week. Neoguri approach to Japan and affect on Tuesday and Wednesday. Around south Japan, the typhoon will encounter cold sea and weaken. If it delays to go east, it affect to South Korea with heavy rain and large waves since Wednesday.
Greeting summer, the rainy season will begin soon and typhoon will come. Typhoon Neoguri is first typhoon in this summer. I will go trip next week to Jeju island, so, I search weather condition. Fortunately, typhoon will affect in this week.

A robotic venture offers course what learn english to make robot for primary school students and kindergartners. Teachers and children use english only, so the program helps to increase their english ability . The Program consists of three classes. First class is for kindergartners. They understand operation of robot. Second class is for primary school students. They make robots and enter a contest. Although it is hard children to learn english, they feel very funny because of making robot.
It is very good idea to children. To learn english is so hard and not funny. But, knowledge for making robot will be small and limit. Because programming languages and talking while they make robot are limited. So, I think it is good idea but not effective.

China attacks Japan for 'barbarous' past
China's president, Xi, criticized Japan's last penetration to China and Korea after Japan's constitutional reform. This constitution is that if approximal countries with Japan are attacked and Japan will be affected by attack, Japan can allow use of armed force. China and Korea reject Japan's decision. With this, relation between China, Korea and Japan will be more worsen.
I don't agree with this decision. It can be threat with Asia countries. I think Japan is not good condition for various reasons. So, to announce this constitution, they want to increase their authority. It should be retracted for relationship with many Asia countries.

Kids learn English while building robots
It is very good idea to children. To learn english is so hard and not funny. But, knowledge for making robot will be small and limit. Because programming languages and talking while they make robot are limited. So, I think it is good idea but not effective.
